Start here
Open the Bet Blocker popup on the page where you need help. Check that protection is on, then choose Low, Medium, or High sensitivity. Refresh the page after changing a setting.
A site is not behaving as expected
If a gambling ad is still visible, use “Report a miss” in the popup. It opens the extension settings with the current site ready to add as a custom domain. You can also add a keyword or CSS selector when a specific element needs to be hidden.
If ordinary content is hidden, lower the sensitivity, choose the placeholder display mode, or allowlist the site.
Account and download help
If you use account features, first confirm that you are signed in with the intended Google account. Then refresh the account page and try the download again. Keep Chrome updated because the extension requires Chrome 110 or later.
Contact support
Include the website address, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, your chosen sensitivity, and your Bet Blocker version. Do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information.
A support email has not been published yet. Use the “Report a miss” action in the extension to open the relevant settings for the current site.
